Submitting the full paper

Abstracts can no longer be submitted.

OJS system will be used for abstract and full paper submission for the International Scientific and Art Conference Contemporary Themes in Education - CTE.
Detailed instructions for registration, abstract and paper submission can be downloaded from DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION.

When registering please assign yourself a role of an author otherwise you would not be able to submit your abstract.
If you are already a registered user of a previous conference on conferences.ufzg.hr you can choose quick registration.

When submitting the abstract, please use the STOO abstract template.
When submitting the paper, please use the STOO paper template.

To submit your abstract:

1. Register,
2. Login,
3. On your User Home start the New Submission process.

To submit your abstract please download the abstract template and fill it in.
 
Title, abstract and key words are to be submitted in one common file based on the abstract template:
- in both Croatian and English (English or German for the symposium: Trends and Challenges in FL Education and Research), if the language of presentation is Croatian
- in English (English or German for the symposium: Trends and Challenges  in FL Education and Research) if the presentation is in one of those two languages.
 
To submit your abstract, you first need to register as an author or login if you have already registered.
In your profile, choose the User home button and choose the New submission option.
Choose the appropriate section/symposium in the dropdown menu, go through the submission checklist and save the information you have entered.
Please upload your abstract (which you have typed into the abstract template) on the following page.
Please upload your abstract only as a file (derived from the Abstract template). You don't have to copy/paste your abstract as a text in the field 'Abstract' below the field 'Title' in your submission process.
Please do not use any supplemental files.

In case your abstract requires revisions you should:

1. Login,
2. On your User Home select the active submission that requires revisions,
3. Select the option 'IN REVIEW: REVISIONS REQUIRED',
4. Upload the improved abstract using the 'Upload author version' under the 'EDITOR DECISION' section.

Upute za učitavanje cjelovitog rada

Sažetci se više ne primaju.

Za prijave i procesiranje sažetaka kao i cjelovitih radova za Međunarodnu znanstvenu i umjetničku konferenciju Suvremene teme u odgoju i obrazovanju - STOO koristi se sustav OJS.
Detaljne upute za registraciju, prijavu sažetaka i cjelovitih radova nalaze se na poveznici DETALJNE UPUTE ZA PRIJAVU.

U procesu registracije molimo da si dodijelite ulogu autorice/autora jer inače nećete moći učitati svoj sažetak.
Ukoliko ste već registrirani korisnik neke od prethodnih konferencija na conferences.ufzg.hr tada možete odabrati brzu registraciju.

U tijeku prijave svojeg sažetka molimo da koristite predložak sažetka za konferenciju STOO.
U prijavi svojeg cjelovitog rada, molimo da koristite predložak cjelovitog rada za konferenciju STOO.

Za učitavanje sažetka trebate se:

1. Registrirati,
2. Prijaviti u sustav,
3. Na User Home pokrenuti postupak za učitavanje novog sažetka (New Submission).

Za prijavu sažetka preuzmite predložak za izradu sažetka te ga popunite.
 
Sažetak je potrebno pripremiti i učitati u jednoj zajedničkoj datoteci koja je nastala na temelju predloška:
- na hrvatskome i engleskome jeziku (engleski ili njemački za simpozij: Trendovi i izazovi u učenju i p(r)oučavanju stranih jezika) ako se izlaže na hrvatskome
- na engleskome jeziku (engleski ili njemački za simpozij: Trendovi i izazovi u učenju i p(r)oučavanju stranih jezika) ako se izlaže na tom jeziku.

Za predaju sažetka registrirajte se u ulozi autora ili se prijavite (login) ako ste već registrirani.
Nakon toga u svome profilu upotrijebite User home opciju te odaberete New submission.
U padajućem izborniku odaberite odgovarajuću tematsku sekciju/simpozij, prođite submission checklist te spremite sve informacije koje ste upisali.
Svoj sažetak (koji ste prethodno pripremili u dokumentu predložak sažetka) učitajte na sljedećoj stranici.
Molimo da učitate svoj sažetak samo kao datoteku nastalu na temelju predloška. Ne trebate kopirati tekst vašeg sažetka u polje 'Abstract' ispod polja 'Title' u procesu prijave.
Molimo da ne učitavate druge dodatne datoteke.
 
U slučaju da vaš sažetak zahtijeva doradu trebali biste napraviti sljedeće:

1. Login,
2. Na početnoj stranici (User Home) odaberite aktivnu prijavu sažetka koja zahtijeva doradu,
3. Odaberite opciju 'IN REVIEW: REVISIONS REQUIRED',
4. Učitajte poboljšani sažetak koristeći opciju 'Upload author version' kod sekcije 'EDITOR DECISION'.
